After 29 years in the corporate world across very different environments — industry, international, transformation, management — including 20 years at the heart of a CAC 40 industrial group and 12 years abroad across four continents, I chose to support executives and their teams differently.

Through walking, coaching and mindfulness: three ways to create the space leaders need to move forward with clarity and coherence.

A career

built in the field

A graduate of Excelia Business School, I built my career in industry — first in France, then quickly internationally. Four countries, dozens of teams, radically different contexts: Colombia, South Africa, Thailand, Spain.

What struck me most: the best-designed projects fail when the human dynamics do not follow. That led me to support teams, train in change management, Lean (Green Belt), people management, Mindfulness, and finally executive coaching.

“I moved from advancing projects to growing the people who drive them.”

Now based in Madrid, I support executives and teams in France and Spain with the same rigour I had in the corporate world — and far greater presence to what truly matters.

My values

as a coach

High standards, no judgement

I ask questions, I observe what is really happening — with no complacency, but with deep respect for the complexity of your situation.

Words that commit

Useful coaching is coaching where what you say in a session becomes what you do the next day. I work to ensure every conversation produces a decision or a concrete movement.

Full presence

No spreadsheet, no agenda in mind. Every session is a dedicated space where I am entirely there — which, in an executive daily life, is sometimes rare.

When walking in nature, no notes, just a powerful conversation.

If you prefer online, or in an office or café, I create that space for you.

Grounding in nature

Walking, breathing, slowing down — this is not incidental. It is the condition for thought to open, decisions to mature and energy to return.

Qualifications

that build on each other

Each qualification and experience came in response to a concrete question encountered in the field, not the other way around. I transfer into my coaching what I have learned.

Five countries

a method

Each context taught me something irreplaceable about how people work, resist and commit.

Colombia

Working at the heart of Colombian teams in marketing and product development, I learned to understand a market from the inside. I discovered what it truly means to co-build with local teams, when trust is not decreed but earned.

South Africa

Contributing to educational and sports projects at the French lycée, connecting the school with companies and partners, supporting a school and a township rugby team: South Africa taught me that an effective leader is one who understands the human fabric they operate within — not just the objectives they must achieve.

Thailand

It was in Asia that I fully stepped into my role as a change agent. As a change management trainer and continuous improvement facilitator, I trained teams as far as Japan, designed organisations across all of Asia, and deployed Lean projects on the ground.

As a member of regional management teams, I learned what it truly means to lead a transformation at the heart of decisions, with teams from radically different cultures, where every organisational choice had an immediate human impact.

Spain

Madrid is not just another posting — it is where I chose to become who I truly am. The place where I decided to go out on my own, train as an executive coach and fully embrace what has always driven me: walking, nature, mindfulness.

And above all, the place where the Camino de Santiago revealed everything — that movement frees what meetings contain, that deep transformation happens one step at a time, and that accompanying very different people towards their own clarity is what drives me.

France

And of course France, my home country, where I lived until I was 24 and have always loved returning to and putting down roots.

This is not a collection of experiences. It is a method — built in the field, country after country, in contexts where people and performance could not be separated.

A first step

through walking

30 minutes of free conversation to see if our challenges speak to each other. No pitch, no promises: an honest conversation about what you are going through.
